looking through the window in the transmission looks to be OK. The booster does need to be replaced BUT as its only function is providing boost is not the lack of clutch engagment issue. Have adjusted the clutch per the doc you linked. Going to pull tomorrow night the SS clutch line, slave and master and bench bleed them. I am convinced that is the problem. Dayum, these things are waaaaaaaaaaaay more of a bitch to bleed than my 1989 928 S4! Bleeding clutch on it was a 15 minute process, unbolt slave, pump in and out 20 or so times, bolt back up, done..
